Our soil science department is led by a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) with 20+ years of experience in Pennsylvania including karst geologic topography. Our staff takes pride in partnering with civil engineering companies to provide innovative solutions for the long-term performance of stormwater management areas.
CMT provides professional infiltration investigations for NPDES permits in accordance with State and/or Municipal standards.
We provide oversight and testing during “critical stages” of BMP construction, which is used for NPDES permit. Our staff will investigate BMP performance issues and recommend practical remediation techniques. CMT will also provide sinkhole investigation and repair recommendations in BMPs.
CMT’s professional staff will identify limitations for development, potential BMP areas, and drainage conditions to aid in stormwater management design.
